Campground quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-7:00 am. Please be respectful of your fellow guests.
Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings, and a $200 fee will be charged for violating this policy. Smoking is allowed outside.
No washing or cleaning of vehicles is permitted on the premises. A car wash is conveniently located in the Town Of Pocahontas.
Please observe a five mph speed limit on campground property.
Campfires are limited to the fire rings only.
Harvesting firewood from anywhere on the property is NOT permitted. Do NOT cut or break trees or bushes. Firewood is available for purchase at the store. You may bring your firewood; if you don’t burn it all, you MUST take it back with you.
There is no dumping of gas, oil, or other pollutants on the ground, in storm drains, or in the creek. We will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable container to dispose of such material properly. Violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $200 charge.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Failure to vacate the premises by this time may result in being charged for an additional night. This is due to other guests checking in on the same day. Late check-out is based on availability until 12 pm. Failure to vacate the premises at this time may result in being charged an additional night. RV’s must be fully disconnected from electricity, water, and sewer by 11 am; failure to do so will result in an extra charge. Water and electricity will be turned off and locked at that time.
Due to fire safety, please do not cook on the porches.
Please DO NOT remove furniture from the cabins or porches for outside use.
If picnic tables are moved, please return them to their original position before checking out.
Please clean up excessive dirt/mud tracked into your cabin. There is a broom located behind the bedroom door for your convenience.
Operation of off-road Vehicles on the property is at your own risk. Please observe a 5 MPH speed limit.
Joy riding on the property is NOT permitted. Please always keep all ATVs/UTVs and motorcycles off the grass. Reckless operation, speeding, spinning gravel, or driving under the influence may result in ejection from the premises with no refund.
We provide six towels, facecloths, and bed linens for each cabin.
Complimentary towel exchange is available after three nights’ stay upon request. Towel exchange before three nights’ stay is available for $10. Complimentary bedding exchange is available after seven nights’ stay upon request. Bedding exchange prior to seven nights’ stay is available for a $10 fee per bed. Please do not use washcloths or towels to clean UTVs or equipment; replacement charges will apply.
Daily maid service is not provided.
A deposit is required to reserve a Cabin or RV site. Your reservation will be canceled if the deposit is not made within 24 hours. A valid credit card must be on file. We reserve the right to charge this credit card for damage or cleaning fees, should they apply. The remaining balance for the stay is due upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit, debit, or cash. A $40 cleaning fee per stay is added to each cabin reservation. Credit card surcharges may apply.
Cancellations outside 30 days from the reservation date will incur a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations within 8 -30 days of reservation dates will result in a retention of the full deposit. Cancellation within seven days or no-show requires full payment of reservation. There is no refund for early departure for any reason. One-time courtesy date change if before two weeks of reservation dates upon availability. Cancellation fees apply if within two weeks of the reservation date and/or a one-time courtesy change has been used.
We will try to honor requests for a particular cabin location. This is not always possible and is not guaranteed.
Pets are accepted in pet-friendly cabins only. A $65 pet fee is required per stay, a $45 fee for an additional pet, and a maximum of 2 animals is permitted per cabin. Pets must be on a leash or otherwise confined outside the cabin. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet. We charge $10 PER PILE if we have to do it!
For safety and comfort, cabin occupancy is restricted to 6 people in the standard cabins and five people in the ADA cabin.
