-Check in is 3:00PM and checkout is 11:00AM
-We accept requests for certain cabins or to be next to certain guests. Due to possible scheduling conflicts we cannot guarantee a
 particular cabin.
-Campground quiet hours are between 11:00PM and 7:00AM. Please be respectful of your fellow guests.
-No smoking inside ANY building. Smoking IS allowed on the property.

-Children are to be supervised at all times.
-Children are NOT permitted to ride unsupervised at ANY time.

-Please observe a 5 mph speed limit on the Real McCoy property.
– Please keep Off Highway Vehicles(OHV’s) off the grass and on the gravel only. DO NOT REFUEL ON THE GRASS!
-Passenger vehicles and trailers are permitted to park on the grass in designated areas.
-All OHV operation on the property is at your own risk. OHV usage on premises is reserved to travelling to and from your lodging and the Real McCoy
 Country Store & Kitchen. JOY RIDING ON THE PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED!
– Reckless driving or driving under the influence will NOT be tolerated and may result in ejection from premises without refund.
-Please do not use face cloths or towels for cleaning OHV’s or equipment, replacement charges will apply. Cleaning cloths and supplies are available in the store.

– Due to fire safety cooking is not allowed on porches.
– Please do not remove ANY furniture from buildings or porches.
-If picnic tables are moved please return them to their original location before checking out.

-Firewood is available for purchase at the Country Store .
 -You may bring your own firewood provided you take any unused wood with you upon check out.
-Cutting of trees or brush for any reason is prohibited.
-Campfires are limited to the fire rings only.

– Failure to vacate your lodging by checkout time will result in additional charges up to an additional nights stay.
– RV’s must be fully disconnected from electric, water and sewer by 11 am, failure to do so will result in an additional charge.
 
– We provide a towel, face cloth and bed linens for each guest. Complimentary towel exchange is available after the3rd night stay. Towel exchange prior
 to 3rd night stay is available for a fee. Complimentary bedding exchange is available after seven night stay. Bedding exchange prior to
 seven night stay is available for a fee.
 
***PET POLICY
– Pets are accepted in pet friendly cabins only. A non-refundable pet fee is required per stay for one animal and an additional fee will apply for a second pet.
 Maximum of 2 pets.
– Pets must be on leash or tied up when outside of cabin. Please be respectful and CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. We charge $10 PER PILE if we have to do it!
